Terms & Conditions

Version: v1.1

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Certdemy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

By using your account and any premium features, you acknowledge that Certdemy may retain standard account and service records relevant to support, payment handling, fraud prevention, refund review, and chargeback disputes. These records can include the current terms version, timestamps, IP address information, browser details, and related transaction or account activity.

2. Description of Service

Certdemy provides online certification exam practice materials, including practice questions, explanations, and study tools. The Service is available through our website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information up to date.

4. Payment & Memberships

Premium memberships are one-time purchases for the specified duration. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Because Certdemy provides digital educational content that can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are available only when the customer has not accessed, viewed, opened, downloaded, used, or otherwise consumed any premium content after purchase. Once any premium questions, explanations, flashcards, mindmaps, study tools, downloads, or other premium materials have been accessed, the purchase is final and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be reviewed against account and service activity, including access logs and content usage records, to confirm whether premium content was accessed after purchase.

Before purchasing or using premium access, you are responsible for reviewing these terms and understanding premium feature access, payment processing, refund expectations, and acceptable use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Certdemy, including questions, explanations, and design, is the property of Certdemy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with platform operations, share paid access in an unauthorized way, scrape or copy protected content at scale, or use Certdemy in violation of applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Certdemy provides practice materials for educational purposes. We do not guarantee exam results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
